MacIntosh Farms Broadview Heights Ohio Real Estate Market Report for Second Quarter 2010
It is not surprising to me to see low numbers for contingent and pending sales and decent numbers for closed sales, as many of those that closed were for contracts that were written before April 30th to take advantage of the tax credit. There was a noticeable slow down in May but I am now seeing activity pick up. Current rates for a 15 year fixed loan are 3.95 and 4.25 for a 30 year loan.
