New Hampton Broadview Heights Real Estate Market Report for May 2010

Below is theNew Hampton Broadview Heights Ohio real estate market report for May, 2010. Note that properties under contract and those that closed in May are likely the result of contracts written in March and April. There was a noticeable drop in activity after the tax credit expired, but as of the last few weeks, activity has increased. I anticipate that we will see an increase in contingent and closed  homes in the next few months. The yellow highlighted areas indicate a decrease, the red an increase.
