It's as important as ever that if your home will be on the market, it must be super clean, wallpaper removed, walls freshly painted, carpets cleaned, and above all, competitively priced! Interest rates are still very low and buyers are looking but they still want the best house for the money. If your home is on the market or soon will be, try not to miss a showing, make sure you have the best pictures possible and consider every offer!
