In addition to the relatively low property taxes Independence Ohio residents enjoy, there is also a wonderful community complex. Pictured below are the community center, swimming pool, baseball diamonds, high school and field house, and kids play area.

Is the Community Center where the library is located? I took my older boys to the library there for a video game tournament they had over the summer and thought the library was beautiful.
There was also a street fair going on with amusement park rides and games and everything!

Yes Renae, the library is there. I have to say that this is one of the most beautiful complexes around. The baseball diamonds are meticulously cared for as is everything else.
Barb, very nice post on the Independence Community Comlex. It looks great and seems to offer something for everyone. Nice photos too.
Thanks for sharing looks like this will be enjoyed by all ages.
Hey Barb - that is a GORGEOUS community complex! I am so happy to see all of the programs that are offered - it is amazing what you can find at your local center and through your Parks and Rec department! Great post.
Hi Dan, It is quite beautiful.
Leesa, Always nice to see your comments! And because taxes are at the lower end, residents pay a small yearly fee to join.
