Barb, This looks like another great home for sale in Parma. From the photos, I would think they buyer could move right in and enjoy the property. With all the recent updates and improvements this could be a great home for the family that buys it. If a first time buyer purchases the home they need to keep in mind that to qualify for the $8,000 that Title Transfer needs to occur before Dec 1. With FHA financing the Federal Stimulus could recoup the 3.5% down payment required by FHA, so a buyer might see this as a ZERO cash purchase option. I think you know that interest rates today are great, dispite the rumor that some are saying rates will improve in the future. There is also a rumor that when the stimulus ends that home prices will improve. I personally do not believe those rumors and believe buyers that can afford to purchase today should take advantage the opprotunity to purchase this great home or one of your other listings. Hopefully they will give you a call.
I couldn't agree more Tim. Now is the time to buy. I think when the stimulus ends, we will slow down again.
