There are tons of article and news reports on the many deaths that have occurred as a result of talking and/or texting on cell phones while driving.

I don't know the number. I only know that one death due to cell phone use while driving is one death too many.

Good, this needs to be adopted everywhere. Don't ya think?

The static's are staggering when you look at them, worse than drunk driving.

I think this should be a state wide law. Glad to see North Royalton enacting this as way too many people text and talk on the phone while driving.

Hey Barb - We adopted the no texting while driving a few weeks ago - LOVE IT!  I never did it and couldn't believe the people that did!  Very dangerous!

This was passed a couple months ago her in Utah as well, I think it's a step in the right direction, now they just have to enforce it.

Barb, I hope they give out a ton of tickets to the offenders!  This is one of my pet peeves.  I think that talking and texting behind the wheel is at least as dangerous as drunk driving!
