Note that properties under contract and those that closed in May are likely the result of contracts written in March and April. There was a noticeable drop in activity after the tax credit expired, but as of the last few weeks, activity has increased. I anticipate that we will see an increase in contingent and closed homes in the next few months. The yellow highlighted areas indicate a decrease, the red an increase.
There are 3 types of homes in MacIntosh Farms: condos, clusters, and single family. This community was beautifully planned with lots of winding streets and plenty of cul-de-sacs. MacIntosh Farms offers 3 swimming pools, a community center (The Barn), basketball courts, and miles of walking trails!
