Although condo sales have been few, the average list price is holding at about $155,000. Cluster sales are averaging around $240,000 for sale price and single family homes around $262,000 for sale price. It is important to remember that these are averages and every home should be assessed for it's own amenities, including square footage, interior upgrades, lot location etc... We are seeing a bit more activity, even before the 1st of the year rolled around. If your home will soon be on the market, now is the time to get ready!

Good advice from Barb for prosective sellers. It takes time to get your property ready to show. Don't make yourself crazy with last minute preparation. Start de-cluttering and thinning out any crowded rooms now.
Exactly right Steve. We keep our home pretty tidy but I know it would take me at least one month, if not more to have it market ready!
