My personal opinion is that the market has not been as robust as last year when we had the tax credit as an incentive but I do now see the market picking up a bit. Interest rates remain very attractive, and there are many homes to choose from, making it a great time to buy a home. For many sellers it remains a challenge to sell as prices are not rebounding much and in some areas still declining. Pricing is key going into second quarter.

Barb, I have the same amount of sales as this time last year. My sale prices are down. The market in my area seems more normal. Fewer multiple offers. But there are a lot of homes moving.
I hope the market is picking up, very unpredictable, great report
