Barb, great numbers and easy on the eye. I would love to know how you managed to get all those columns so nice and straight.
Gena, Thanks. I use excel for the numbers. I have found that it's important to center the numbers in each column, to prevent them from being all jumbled when I copy and paste to my blog. You center the same way you do in a word document, highlight the column and cick on center justify. Works really well. Have a great weekend.
Barb, do you excel for the addresses as well or do you cut and paste from somewhere in the MLS?
Dan, I use excel for the whole thing. In my early days LOL I copied and pasted from the mls a few times but I decided it was not vey impressive and information overload. As many here have said it's not enough to post the stats, you have to talk about what they mean, or if the meaning is obvious, then talk about the area as you have done so well with Signature!

These statistics are awesome. You did an incredible job of laying them out and the numbers speak for themselves. It is information like this which makes you an "expert" in the market. I am sure that all of your clients appreciate your knowledge and expertise when you are working with them. When a homeowner / homebuyer shops for an agent, it is information like this that they must turn to which unquestionably separates you from the rest of the field. Keep up the great work!!! By the way, since I live in this development, can we fluff up those numbers a little just to make me feel like my value has not totally gone straight down the toilet (maybe add $100k to each sales price)???
